Renovating the Bathroom

The hallway bathroom at my rental unit was trashed. Broken sink, torn vinyl floor, and mismatched baseboards. Even though we are in the process of selling this property, this project has been in the works for months. I had to remove the toilet, disconnect and remove the sink, and the vanity countertop. Installed new vinyl peel and stick flooring, baseboards, vanity countertop with sink, reinstalled the toilet, and touched up the paint.

The first step was the demo.... Uninstalling the toilet and ripping everything out...


The next step wa the rebuild, new flooring, new sink, and reinstalling the toilet.


It was fun and definately added some equity to this property!
